superb locationindoor heatingkind staff
the location is superb! it is really easy to walk to the central station. the staff were very kind, and the indoor heating worked very well for my winter layover. i recommend it!
the stairs were quite steep.

the room was clean i appreciated the well-designed layout with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location allowed easy access to the central station my tram station was just opposite the hotel
the stairs were steep they were difficult to navigate with luggage.

the hotel is near the central station it is perfect for travelers using public transportation. my room on the first floor had a view of the cathedral adding to the experience. a tram station right across the street made getting around easy.

i found the staff to be helpful and caring they were always available. their cheerful attitude enhanced the overall experience it was a nice bonus to an already convenient stay. i felt very welcomed.

steep stairsthin walls
the stairs were quite steep. i was not expecting them to BE SO DIFFICULT. my room, a twin room, was not very soundproof. i could hear noise from both the hallway and other rooms. this made it hard to get a good NIGHT'S sleep.
