central location helpful staff steep stairs short bunk
the location was very central. it was easy to find the hotel and i liked that the staff were helpful.
the stairs were very steep. also, the bunk beds were not tall enough to sit up without hitting my head. it was annoying.

It was near supermarkets and various restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean, which I REALLY appreciate. The staff were helpful. They allowed an early check-in.
The stairs are steep, so be careful when carrying luggage.

The hotel is near many restaurants and coffee shops. There are options for every taste. I enjoyed having so many choices just steps away from the hotel entrance. This made meal times convenient and stress-free!!!

The staff were very helpful and kind, always ready to assist. The early check-in was a HUGE plus, allowing me to settle in immediately after arrival. Their knowledge of the local area was also invaluable!!!

the reception staff were really helpful with directions. my room had a fresh feel and included ample usb ports. the hotel's location was perfect, putting me close to many shops and restaurants!
The stairs were quite steep without any lifts. It was somewhat difficult to manage my luggage.

the room was clean i appreciated the well-designed layout with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location allowed easy access to the central station my tram station was just opposite the hotel
the stairs were steep they were difficult to navigate with luggage.

the hotel is near the central station it is perfect for travelers using public transportation. my room on the first floor had a view of the cathedral adding to the experience. a tram station right across the street made getting around easy.

The photos online misled me. The room i stayed in felt very cramped. the lockers were too small. the showers and bathrooms also felt cramped. It was a bad experience

steep stairs thin walls
the stairs were quite steep. i was not expecting them to BE SO DIFFICULT. my room, a twin room, was not very soundproof. i could hear noise from both the hallway and other rooms. this made it hard to get a good NIGHT'S sleep.
